In compliance with the requirements under the new law on the protection of personal data, it is stated what follows:

The data processing is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thereby safeguarding your privacy and your rights. The data given to F.S.A. s.r.l. during the contractual relationships, presentation of offers or when originating contractual relationships are subject to data processing, for purposes of:

 

1.Purposes related to:

 

• administrative or accounting purposes
• administration of the relationship
• compliance with contractual obligations
• support and information about the services you have purchased

 

2. Information about future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company or by external consultants.

 

The data (point 1.) is treated by our employees, cooperators, or any other parties who selected with care for their reliability and competence, conduct operations that are essential in order to achieve the purposes strictly related to the use of the website, its services and sale of products via the website. We remind you that the acceptance of agreement to personal data processing concerning the purposes described at point 1. is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of our purpose. Otherwise the purposes described at point 2. are an option, in case you refuse the mentioned option, we consequently will be unable to inform you on our future initiatives and announcements of new services

Personal data processing whether it is conducted by means of information systems and electronic devices or not, will in any case be treated with instruments which guarantee your privacy and security.

This may include - in compliance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - one or more of the following actions on data: collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, editing, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction. The holder of the data processing is F.S.A. s.r.l. with legal office in Italy, at Milan, Via Franceso Petrarca (n°4), which will use it for the purposes described above.

Your rights in the notice presented in compliance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

 

You are entitled, at any time, to obtain confirmation from F.S.A. s.r.l. that your personal data is or is not being processed, even if not yet registered, and its communication in an intelligible form..

 

You are also entitled to obtain information from F.S.A. s.r.l. about:

 

• the source of your personal data
• the purposes and methods of data processing that apply to your personal data
• the type of logic applied when electronic instruments are used for data processing
• full identification of the data controller and data supervisors
• the names of the persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become privy to personal data while performing their duties as, by way of example, the data supervisors.

 

In addition, you may always be entitled to obtain from F.S.A. s.r.l.:

 

• updating, correction and integration of your personal data;
• cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of your personal data if processed in violation of the law, including the data deemed unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed in the first place;
• certification that the operations described at letters a) and b) of paragraph 2 have been notified, even with regard to their contents, to the persons to whom your data has been communicated or disseminated, except in those instances where such certification turns out to be impossible or would require a clearly disproportionate deployment of means compared to the right protected.

 

You do, in any case, have the right to totally or partially oppose:

 

• processing of your personal data, for valid reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
• the processing of your personal data for the purposes of advertisement or direct marketing mailings, or if used for the purposes of market surveys or commercial communications.

 

From receipt of the present information we consider the processing of your personal data as accepted, in case of dissent please contact us in written form.
